Some people are so stubborn. How hard is it to accept when people offer you something?
My favorite FHE brother sprained his ankle. He will not let me go buy him an ace bandage, he will not let me give him rides to school, he will not let me give him ibprofen. All he will let me do is give him brownies. I am SO frustrated that he won't let me do anything actually helpful. Especially the ride. He wants to walk a mile or so on a sprained ankle while i sit aimlessly at home? really? Ugh. How do you make someone stubborn let you help?

you don't. it tends to be a matter of pride most of the time... though those of bus who break bones and get rides to the hospital with our lovely friends named tiffany are ever so grateful for the help. :)
